These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “You”) and ITSAI TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the It’s AI website and services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
It’s AI provides tools that analyze text and estimate the probability that such text was generated by artificial intelligence systems or plagiarised.
The Service may include:
· AI-generated and Plagiarism content detection
· text analysis tools
· API access
· analytics and reporting features
The Service is intended for informational and analytical purposes only.
3. Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to:
· provide accurate and complete information
· maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
· notify us immediately of unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
· use the Service for unlawful purposes
· attempt to reverse engineer or extract models or algorithms
· scrape or extract data from the Service without authorization
· interfere with or disrupt the Service
· attempt to bypass usage limits or rate limits
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service allows users to submit text (“User Content”) for analysis.
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting content to the Service, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You represent that you have the legal right to submit such content.
6. AI Detection Disclaimer
The results generated by the Service represent probabilistic assessments produced by automated algorithms.
AI detection technology is inherently imperfect and may produce false positives or false negatives.
Results should not be interpreted as definitive proof that content was generated by artificial intelligence.
Users are solely responsible for how they interpret or use the results generated by the Service.
The Service should not be used as the sole basis for academic, disciplinary, legal, or employment decisions.
7. API Usage
The Service may provide access to an API.
Use of the API is subject to the following conditions:
· API usage is limited to 100 requests per second (100 RPS) per account unless otherwise agreed.
· Users may use the API for commercial purposes.
· Users must not attempt to bypass rate limits or security mechanisms.
· Excessive or abusive API usage may result in temporary suspension or termination of API access.
We reserve the right to modify API limits to protect the stability and security of the Service.
8. Subscriptions, Billing and Payments
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis depending on the plan selected (for example monthly or annually).
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). The Company does not store full payment card details.
Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Any price changes will apply to future billing cycles.
Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including:
· algorithms
· machine learning models
· software
· design and interface
· trademarks and branding
are owned exclusively by ITSAI TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without written permission.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
· indirect or consequential damages
· loss of profits or data
· decisions made based on the results of the Service
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Company arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User for the Service during the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ITSAI TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO, its affiliates, directors, and employees from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
· your use of the Service
· your violation of these Terms
· your violation of any law or third-party rights
· any content submitted through the Service
13. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services including:
· analytics providers
· payment processors
· infrastructure providers
Your use of such services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.
14. Tao Disclaimer
The tokens known as “Tao” or “Alpha Tao” associated with subnet 32 are not issued, sponsored, or endorsed by ITSAI TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO. These tokens are managed independently within the Bittensor ecosystem, and ITSAI TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO holds no responsibility or control over their issuance, distribution, or any related securities offerings.
ITSAI TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO is not engaged in any securities offerings, investment schemes, or similar financial arrangements associated with Tao or Alpha Tao tokens. By accessing or using our website, you acknowledge and agree that any participation in token-related activities is entirely separate from our business operations. We expressly disclaim any and all claims related to securities, investments, or financial returns that may be associated with these tokens.
Participation in any token-based or blockchain-related activities carries inherent risks. Users and investors are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence and seek independent financial or legal advice before engaging in such activities.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:
· you violate these Terms
· your use poses risks to the Service
· required by law
You may stop using the Service at any time.
16. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
