Not just another AI Detector

History

• We started It's AI in June 2024, back then it was just me, my partner and a mountain of work to be done. At the beginning we didn't even know whether high-quality AI detection was possible or not, because so many AI-detectors claimed "99% accuracy" yet failed on a simple ChatGPT passage.
  
• First several months we were in a full research and experimentation mode: reading papers, testing approaches, combining models and trying to achieve as high accuracy as possible.

  Thanks to our deep expertise in deep learning and more than 4 years of experience in NLP by the end of autumn we achieved outstanding results: It's AI became the most accurate AI detector according to MGTD benchmark (the biggest and most robust benchmark in the AI detection field), outperforming detectors like GptZero, Originality, CopyLeaks and others.
  
• Since that time we continually worked on the accuracy of our detector and kept it up to date with the newly appearing LLMs. Currently, we're still ranked #1 according to MGTD and several other benchmarks with an average accuracy of more than 98%.

  In January 2025 we opened a company in Dubai and now has around 10 people in our team, working hard to push the boundaries of AI transparency and staying on guard of people's reputation.
